  • We will confirm with you which key personnel we need to cover.
  • We will confirm exactly which images you need and when you need them delivered.
  • Typically there will be some images that you will need immediately after the event, say, for a press release. We will work with you to identify these and get them to you when you need them.

On the day of the event, we will arrive early to make sure that we are familiar with the facility and all aspects of your event layout.
